Muscle Injury gel provides effective relief for muscle tension, inflamed muscle spasm, repetitive strain injury and muscle strain. It is a powerful combination of Arnica Montana flower extract, plant extracts and essential oils... all renowned for soothing and alleviating muscle aches and pains.
Directions:- Gently massage into affected area 2-3 times a day.

Arnica Montana Flower Extract infused in Helianthus Annuus Seed oil ~ is a valuable oil for muscle strain, especially after heavy exertion, also useful to alleviate bruising and pain after a muscle sprain Essential oils ~ High Altitude French Lavender (Lavandula augustifolia) is a highly effective anti-inflammatory and analgesic for the relief of muscle pain, whatever the cause. It also helps to initiate healing after reducing the inflammation by lowering the reaction to pain of the central nervous system. Rosemary (Rosemarinus officinalis) ~ the stimulant effect of Rosemary on the central nervous system is very marked, and for this reason Rosemary is useful where there is any loss or reduction of muscle function involving motor nerves. It is another good analgesic for alleviating muscle spasm and pain, and is a good circulatory stimulant that provides a healthy flow of oxygenated blood to rejuvenate tired muscles that are congested and overworked. Vetivert (Vetiveria zizanoides) ~ extracted from the roots of a scented grass native to India, this oil has a very effective warming action for the treatment of arthritic pain, rheumatism and aching muscles in general. Because of its earthy quality, it is also valuable in its ability to de-stress and ground a person after a physical or emotional trauma, thus its character has been aptly described as ‘Oil of Tranquility’. Clove Bud (Eugenia caryophyllata) ~ is a powerful pain reliever; it acts like a local anesthetic. Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) ~is another very warming oil to help relieve the pain associated with muscle spasm, stiffness and fatigue.
